Diet Program Failure

Failure often occurred in diet program, as it is depend on each dieter and there is misunderstanding about diet program and also lack of health attention.  Not just that, there is many other failure reason, ie:
  1. Uncontrol Meal Schedule. A Good meal schedule is breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lack of control able to trigger a sense of want to eat and also can cause diet failure.
  2. False Chosen Menu. Portion and kind of menu which are not consistent with our daily habits can lead to diet failure. Because, when a menu is served too much than our eating habits, it will also trigger a desire to try the foods.
  3. Eating while Listening to Music. Habits of eating while listening to music will cause us to eat too much, as we eat faster without chewing longer can lead to diet failure.
  4. Drink Packaged Fruit Juice. Packaged fruit juice can cause diet failure because the juice contains a lot of sugar and a very strong influence on gaining weight. It’s better if we drink natural juice – made by our own juices.
  5. Cereal Breakfast. Cereal with sugar sweeteners can make us feel hungry faster. The calories also higher instead and can lead to dietfailure.
  6. Eating Bread. Most people thing that eating fresh bread in the morning cab reduce weight, actually that is a mistake assumption. Because bread contains enough carbohydrates, which is same with the amount of rice contains’ carbohydrates. This also will fail yourdiet. But, not all fresh bread have the same content, so it’s better for us to choose bread made from 100% whole grain.
  7. Less Exercise. Reduced food intake is not going to make our diet successfully workout without any right and organized exercise.
